Man Is Found Dead On Ballard Street

Apparently stricken with heart failure, James Burrows, 45 years old, of 2236 W. 58th St., was found dead at Market Street and 22nd Avenue Northwest, Ballard, at 7 o'clock this morning by two boys. The Ballard police took charge of the body, which was removed to the Mittelstadt Undertaking parlors. Burrows was employed by a pipe company.
