Lloyd V Clark was born on Feb 18, 1923 in Forest Mills Iowa. on his parents farm. Floyd and Alice (Winter) Clark, He was baptised at the Forest Mills EUB church and attended Forest Mills School and graduated from Waukon High School in 1940. He married Marilyn Jean Miller at the Monona Methodist Church. He farmed with his father until purchasing the farm in 1958. He was Chosen as Allamakees county first Distinguished Dairyman in 1965. He was active in the dairy boards both local and national.
His funeral was held at the St Pauls United Methodist Church in Waukon July 31 at 11 AM. Steve Campbell officiated. He was preceeded in death by his parents , his wife Marilyn, a brother Keith, and 2 sisters, Roberta McShane and Mary Swenson.He leaves to mourn him his children, Jane (Larry) Lamborn from Luana, Nancy(Larry ) Stratte of Waukon, Dianne(Randy) Rissman of Postville and Carolyn Clark from Dubuque, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren, a sister Dora(Everett)Bollman from Luana, . a brother in law Verdon Swenson of Postville and a sister- in law Hope Clark of Waukon, A brother in law Kermit Miller from Postville, several nieces and nephews.
