Agnes used a different DOB all through her life and on her tombstone. However, I will use the date on her actual Birth Certificate as I have a copy of her certificate.

Mrs. Agnes Dempster, a Scotch woman, wife of James Dempster died at her residence on Farmington Road in Kickapoo township, one mile south of Pottstown, Friday, March 5, 1915. Funeral from residence Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Services at the Presbyterian church, Farmington Road at 3 o'clock. Interment at Cameron Cemetery.


As of 1887, she and James were never legally married. She had a daughter, Grace, born in 1858 that lived with her and Agnes's grandmother until approximately 1861. She was not James Dempster's daughter. See Grace's information.
