Thomas W. Hammock, 82 of Moline passed away March 3, 2011 at Trinity Rock Island.
Funeral services were at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd.,
6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Burial was in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Thomas was born on December 14, 1928 in Eddywall, Arkansas the son of Noal and Ellen Owen Hammock. He married Martha "Ezell" Franks on January 8, 1949 in Arkansas. She preceded him in death on
October 20, 1998.

Tom retired in 1980 after 36 years of service from John Deere Plow & Planters Works in Moline. In l995, he retired from the Scottish Rite Cathedral where he was a part-time custodian for 15 years. He was a member of the Moline Gospel Temple (New Hope) for many years. He was also a member of the Moline Lodge #1014 and was a 32nd degree Mason, and also a member of the Kaaba Shrine for many years. Along with spending time with his family and friends, he enjoyed watching WWE and TNA wrestling, working on cars, and reading his Bible.
