Brenda "Pearl" Hager Dickison, 47, wife of Mark Dickison, of South Central Avenue, died Sep 2, 2007 after a lengthy illness. She was a retired manager of Minit Mart. She was the daughter of Louis Hager and the late Linda B. Hager Bates. Additional survivors include a daughter, Malinda (Shawn) Breeding-Lex., two brothers, Louis Arnold (Pat) Hager, James R. Hager, a sister Amanda (Will) Curtsinger-all of Nicholasville, several nieces and nephews, a special aunt and uncle, Mary and Hoover Peel, three lifelong friends, Joni Craycraft Carter, Sheila Whitlock Gorham and Jean Baker, she was the godmother of Jonathan Hager-Frederick and leaves behind a beloved pet "Lil'T." Services will be 11am Wed at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Powell Whitlock. Visitation will be today from Noon-9pm. Burial in Mose Reynolds Cemetery. Bearers will be Brian Price, Mike Hilterbran, David "Tank" Benton, Freddie Day, Doodle Peel, Paul Dickison, Juan Davis and Tommy Masters. Honorary bearers will be Dr. Stephen Royse, Hoover Peel, Alvin Hager, Jesse Lowry, Dewayne and Will Stinnett, Robbie Thornton, Jeff Peel, Eddie Baker, Shannon Walker, Mark Watts and David Bruner.
