A square white marble obelisk on a double bracketed grey granite base, is found at Cochran Cemetery, north-east of Lacona, Warren County, Iowa with double inscriptions on two sides of the obelisk.
It is for H.R. Proctor and his second wife Nancy, inscribed as follows:
