Narcisco played basketball while attending Lanai High School and graduated in 1962. He went away for a year to attend Stockton College in California, before enlisting in the Marines.
Narcisco arrived in Vietnam 9 July 1963 and was assigned to Alpha Company, 3rd Engineer Battalion, 3rd Marine Division.
Narcisco was a passenger aboard a KC-130F #149802 and returning to his unit after being on R&R in Hong Kong, when the airplane crashed during take-off at the Kai Rak Airport. He died as a result of injuries to the body from the crash.
Survived by his mother, Conception Bertomen and his older brother; Jose Bertomen, all of Lani City, Lani, HI.
His name was added to the WALL November 1983.
