Alma Marie Loeschen, 97, of Gifford passed away on Wednesday (Feb. 16, 2011) at Illinois Knights Templar Home, Paxton.
She was born Aug. 31, 1913 in Thomasboro to John and Reka Ehler Raup. She married Henry F. Loeschen on Jan. 24, 1936 in Thomasboro. He preceded her in death on July 19, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Raup Jr.
She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Wyatt of Rantoul; two granddaughters, Carmin (Kevin) Frith of Urbana and Kristen (Jacob) Terhune of Rantoul and four great-grandsons, Lance Frith, Demarius, Keddrick and Israel Terhune.
