Dr. George W. Rossman of Hudson, formerly of Ancram, Columbia County's oldest physician, as well as the father of one, died Saturday at Hudson. He was 91 years old. He had made his home in Hudson with his son, Dr. Clark G. Rossman. He was born in Columbia county in 1841, a son of Dr. Peter P. Rossman and Caroline Benton. In 1870 he married Frances N. Green, daughter of John and Elizabeth Northrop Green. Mrs. Rossman died last August. They had one son, Dr. Clark Rossman, who survives. Services were hod Monday and interment was in the Hudson city Cemetery.
