Jewell, Shawn Russo A resident and native of Fordoche, she died Saturday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2011, as a result of an automobile accident in Fordoche. She was 32. Visiting at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Fordoche, on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 10 a.m. until service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. John Arun. A rosary will be recited at the church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Interment in St. Frances Cabrini Cemetery in Livonia. She is survived by her parents, Carolyn Hebert Hayes of Baton Rouge and Sam Russo Jr. of Grosse Tete; a daughter, Jordan Jewell of Texas; son, William Jewell of Texas; two brothers, Sam "Sammy" Russo III and Christopher Marchiafava, both of Denham Springs; maternal grandparents, Shirley and Gladys Hebert of Fordoche; and paternal grandfather, Sam Russo Sr. of Grosse Tete. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Rita Alberta Russo. Arrangements by Niland's Funeral Service Inc., New Roads.
