H. Maxine Arnholz, 93, of Desoto, Texas, a former, longtime resident of Kansas, passed away June 14, 2007.
She was born August 5, 1914 in Wichita, Kansas to Susie Lee and E. Leo Harris.
She married Sam Arnholz on Feb. 12, 1939.
Preceded in death by her husband, along with daughters, Cathy Arnholz and Gretchen Florence, and grandson James R. Florence II.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Margo and Larry Erne of Claremore, Oklahoma; son and daughter-in-law, Robert Arnholz II and wife, Sue of Mansfield, Texas; grandchildren, Erika and Gordon McMinn, Beth and Scott Shelby, Lisa and Tobby Dokmonovich, Rebecca Fleetwood, Christopher Florence and Michelle Florence; great-grandchildren, Hannah Fleetwood, Michaelene Fleetwood, Brett Shelby, Brooklyn Shelby and James R. Florence III.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2007 at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, 1700 N. Westmoreland Road, Desoto, Texas 75115.
A burial service will follow the next Saturday, 2:00 PM, June 30, 2007 at Old Mission Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia Society.
