He was a lifelong Pawtucketville resident, and was an avid sports fan. He was a big fan of the Boston Red Sox, and was a member of "Red Sox Nation", he enjoyed watching the Red Sox both at home and at Fenway Park. He also enjoyed spending time in comedy clubs and watching a good movie. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, and taking them to Lake Winnipesaukee. He worked in the Lowell area as a security guard, most recently for Ballard.
He is survived by his brother, Robert L. Deignan and his wife, Souphan; two sisters, Paula A. Sweeney and her husband, Joseph, and Janice M. Straw and her husband, Michael; his nieces and nephews, Shannon Sweeney, Bobby and Bernie Deignan, and Michael Straw. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was also the nephew of the late Charles and Janice (Trevors) Allen.
Arrangements were by the McDonough Funeral Home, Lowell.
