Lorraine Rita Penn Aime, a native of Plaquemine and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at the age of 75. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, Feb. 16, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pam Brooks and Bruce Falgoust; son, Joseph "Rusty" Rush Brooks III; granddaughter, Kacee Falgoust Villar and her husband, Ryan; great-grandson, Baylen Villar; two sisters, Kay Penn LeBlanc and husband Leslie Sr., and Loma Penn St. Romain and husband Ervin "Saint;" two brothers, Leo Penn and wife Valerie, and Michael Penn and Daphne "Dee;" and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Buck" Oscar Aime Jr.; parents, Eunice and Loma Gisler Penn; sister, Carol "Cookie" Ann Penn Crochet; nephews, Scott Randall Penn and Jonathan Eunice Penn. Lorraine loved Elvis and listening to music, taking care of friends and neighbors, and her beloved dog, Taco, who sat in the front seat everywhere they went. Her eyes were her granddaughter, Kacee, who was her "world" and her "sweetie." Every time she called or wrote letters it began with "Hey sweetie" and always ended with "I love you so much – Granny." She lived her life for her children, granddaughter and great-grandson. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Pallbearers will be Leo Penn, Michael Penn, Shannon Penn, Todd Penn, Chad Penn and Ethan Crochet.
