She enjoyed gardening, embroidery and baking. Surviving are husband, Henry H. Althouse, Myerstown; sons, Aaron A. spouse of Sharon Althouse, Myerstown, Thomas W. spouse of Phyllis Althouse, Myerstown, Llwellyn spouse of Elaine Althouse, Myerstown, Michael Althouse, companion of Barb Shultz, Myerstown; daughters, Louise spouse of Henry Gettle, Fredericksburg, Rosemary spouse of Francis (Pat) Boughter, Myerstown; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and brothers, Harold Haak and Alvin Haak. She was preceded in death by sons, Henry Althouse, Jr and Earl Althouse; and sister, Elizabeth Smith.
A viewing will be on Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
