Jesse Glen (Jack) Baise, 77, of Fulton, died Sunday morning, January 18, 1987 at Callaway Community Hospital.

He was born at Williamsburg on April 9, 1909, the son of the late Robert Cleveland and Myrtle Ellen (Hickman) Baise.

Mr. Baise is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jackie Hendrecks of Montgomery City, Missouri and Ms. Helen Ross of Bentonville, Arkansas, one brother, Clifford Baise of Fulton, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and other family members.

Also survived by his estranged wife, Sylvia "Dixie" (Foy) Baise.

He was preceeded in death by one son, Thaddeus Frederick Baise and one sister, Virginia Cornelus.

Mr. Baise was a retired cook from the Fulton State Hospital and was a member of the Ebenezer Babtist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 20, in the Browning-Debo Chapel at 2PM with the Reverend Lewis Curtis officiating.

Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetary.

Visitation will be Monday evening from 4-6PM.
