LONGMEADOW - Ruth Eve (Saex) Glazier, 91, of Longmeadow, passed away Friday at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born in Holyoke she was a life long resident of W. Mass. and had been a resident of Longmeadow for the past 47 years. She was a graduate of Holyoke High School and Baypath College. She was employed as a secretary prior to her marriage. Ruth was one of the pioneer women in the development of the Jewish Nursing Home of W. Mass., and was a member of Temple Beth El. She leaves her husband of 64 years, Bernard Glazier; her children, Karen Heafitz of New York, NY. and Faith (Darius) Toraby of Greenwich, CT.; and four grandchildren, Samara and Gabriel Heafitz and Jules and Sophia Toraby. The funeral will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday (today) at the Ascher-Zimmerman Funeral Home with burial in Beth El Cemetery. Shiva will be at the Glazier residence, 93 Green Willow Dr. Longmeadow, Sunday 7-9 P.M. and Monday 7-9 P.M.
