Charles E. Collins died Nov. 3, 1992, in a hospital.
Mr. Collins was born in Norfolk, where he was a member of the House of Prayer for All People. He was employed with Standard Coating in Ossining.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Chester Collins; a daughter, Charley McIver of Peekskill; three sons, Morris Chester of New York City, and Carash Collins and Akim Collins, both of Atlanta; his mother, Queenie Collins of Norfolk; two sisters, Carolyn Williams and Patricia Glover, both of Maryland; and four brothers, the Rev. William Collins Jr. of Silver Spring, Md., Russell Collins of Long Island, James Collins of Newport News and Richard Collins of California.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in United House of Prayer for All People by Apostle William Scott. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Friends may join the family at 12:30 p.m. in the church. Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
