Mrs. Armstrong married Lavelle "Bill" Armstrong on Jan. 7, 1939, in Paducah. They owned and operated Childress Lumber Co. for 30 years.
Survivors include two nephews, Bob Hough of Woodward, Okla., and John Curtis Hall; two nieces, Mickey Durbin of Liberal, Kan., and Martha Jo Wofford of Dalhart.
