Wallace Gary Jr. passed on to eternal rest on Sept. 28. Funeral Services will be held at noon Saturday at Pembroke United Methodist Church.
Wallace "Joey" Gary Jr., beloved son of Wallace Gary Sr. and Eliza M. Hagans, began his life on Dec. 30, 1969, in Kings County, Brooklyn, New York. He attended school in Pembroke, graduating from Bryan County High School in June of 1988. He furthered his education at Kansas State University then graduated from DeVry University in Dallas, Texas.
Wallace joined the Army in 1988 and served as an airborne communications specialist in the 82nd Division. He was joined in holy matrimony to Victoria Kuntumi Conteh on July 01, 2000, and had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.
Wallace began his career in the field of computer systems in Dallas, Texas. He later moved back to Georgia where he and his wife began their own business in Pembroke.
He leaves loving memories to be cherished to his loving wife of seven years Victoria Gary; his mother Eliza M.
