She was a longtime employee of Jimmy's Diner, and worked as a hostess, at the Village Inn Restaurant.
She and her husband operated Lobsterland, in Lewiston.
She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by three sisters-in-law, Madelyn Allen, of Oxford, Barbara Allen, of Ipswich, MA; and Betty Sawyer, and husband, Norm, of Wiscasset; and her nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denton Allen.
Interment at Gracelawn Memorial Park.
