LUCEL BRYANT
June 16, 1923 ~ October 9, 1934
Little Miss Lucel Bryant, 10-year-old daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Bert W. Bryant, died at the family residence at Harris, Sunday, after a four day illness of congestion.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 3 p.m., at the Pollard Cemetery. Rev. Cook of Haworth, was in charge of the services.
Skaggs Funeral Home, Idabel, had charge of funeral arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Bryant.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by 2 brothers; Walter and Joe; a sister, Mary; and 2 half-sisters, Jewel and Drusilla, all of the home.
Lucel's mother, Bessie, passed away Jan. 13, 1929.
Her step-mother, Hattie Lowrance Bryant, raised her as one of her own children (this information was given by Bert Bryant Jr).
Joe Bryant said they lived west of Harris Store at one time, probably where she died.
