Professional Football Player. He played as a running back for the Canadian Football League's Edmonton Eskimos. On August 18, 1956, against Saskatchewan, he scored a touchdown in the first quarter. Those points were the very first points scored in the newly formed CFL. After his career he was elected as a member of the Edmonton Sports Hall of Fame, the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club Wall of Honour.
