Frank D. LaPierre, 50, of 82 Pearl St., died suddenly at his home Monday. He was born in Indian Orchard, a son of Joseph E., and the late Lilly (Dennis) LaPierre, on Dec. 9, 1910. He had resided in this city all of his life. He operated an oil burner and installation service for many years. He was a member of the Ludlow Fish and Game Club. Besides his father and his wife, Mrs. Mabel (Soule) LaPierre, he leaves two sons, Francis D. LaPierre, a member of the Coast Guard, and Lawrence LaPierre at home; two brothers, Ovila LaPierre of Indian Orchard, and Harold LaPierre of Warehouse Point, Conn; and a sister, Mrs. Maude Donohue of Pawtucket, R.I. The funeral will be held at the George St. Pierre and Son funeral home, Thursday afternoon at 1. Rev. Walter T. James ??(blank spot) Wilbraham United Church, ?(blank) officiate. There will be an organ prelude at 12:30. Burial will be in Adams Cemetery, Wilbraham. Visiting hours at the funeral home are tonight from 7 to 9, and on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
