Mrs. Green was a member of New Heights Baptist Church, the former Cherokee Heights Baptist Church. She was a Southern Bell Telephone operator, worked at the Naval Ordnance Plant and was a devoted mother and housewife who was loved so much. She will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Green is survived by her husband of 53 years, Herb Green of Macon; three children, Bonnie Johnson(Mike) of Macon, Tim Green of Forsyth, and Nancy Green of Macon; and four grandchildren, Pamela Johnson Skinner (Stephen) of Avera, Georgia, Phillip Johnson of Macon, Sophia Green of Macon, and Audrey Green of Macon.
