LOVING FARMER
DIES OF INJURIES
Eleuterio Carrasco, 74-year-old Loving farmer, died in a local hospital Saturday of injuries he suffered Thursday when a tractor he was cranking on his farm ran over him.
Carrasco had lived in the Loving district for 23 years.
Surviving are his wife, Lonjina Carrasco of Loving; 11 children, Adelia Luna and Manuela Hernandez of Carlsbad, Catrino Carrasco of Oregon, Calif., Pablo Carrasco of Redford, Tex., Maria Ruiz of Malaga, Cliopas Rodriguez, Angelita Hanson and Francisco Olgin of Otis, and Solome and Candelario Carrasco and Tibra Gonzalez of Loving; two brothers, Eletrio Carrasco of Carlsbad and Pablo Carrasco of Redford, Tex., and two sisters, Josefa Luna of Carlsbad and Receleno Carrasco of Loving.
Funeral services are pending. West Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for Eleuterio Carrasco were held this morning in San Jose Catholic Church with the Father Maurus Hauer reading the Requiem High Mass.
Carrasco, who lived in the Loving district for 23 years, died Saturday of injuries suffered in an accident on his farm. He is survived by his wife, Lonjina Carrasco of Loving, and 11 children.
Burial was in Santa Catarina Cemetery under direction of West Funeral Home.
