Member of the fame "Band of Brothers" of World War II.

He served in the 506th Regiment, Easy Company, 2nd Platoon, of the 101st Airborne Division.

Mauser, Edward A. Dec 18, 1916 - Jan 21, 2011 Proud Paratrooper and oldest surviving member of the 101st Airborne Division's "Band of Brothers." Lived the motto "Hang Tough" to the very end. Preceded in death by wife Irene; brother Joseph; sisters, Gazella Mauser, Mary Banko, Jeane Flaherty and Ann Kramer. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Michael Fowler; grandsons, Robert and Travis Fowler.
VISITATION begins Tuesday 4pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 6:30pm at the West Center Chapel. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday 10am, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, with Military Honors by Millard American Legion Post #374 and VFW Post #8334. Memorials to St. Joan of Arc Endowment Fund.
