Funeral services for Marjorie Pasturczak, 97, formerly of East Moline, are 2 p.m. Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.

Burial is at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the Easter Seals Crippled Children's Fund or 1st Christian Church, East Moline, where she was a member.

Marjorie died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis.

She was born Aug. 4, 1911, in Bessie, N.D., the daughter of Frank and Florence Palmer Foster. She married Stanley Pasturczak on Sept. 28, 1935, in Galena, Ill. He died in 1987.

She was a member of the East Moline Woman's Club and served on the library board. She enjoyed playing bridge, traveling and crafts. Most of all, Marjorie enjoyed being with her family.

Survivors include her sister, Ann, Sharpsburg, Ga.; brother, Neil Foster, Henderson, Nev.; a brother-in-law, Victor Pasturczak, East Moline; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Elinor Wittman and Geneveria Halvorson; and a brother, Frank Foster.

Funeral services for Marjorie Pasturczak, 97, formerly of East Moline, are 2 p.m. Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.
