Sally W. Gibbs 79, of Clayton, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2008 in her home. She was the wife of Jack Gibbs of 56 years. Mother of four, Mike (Linda) of Sonora, CA, Bruce of Clayton, Jeff (Becky) of Clayton and a loving daughter, Debbie Lance of Clayton. She was the grandmother of nine and great grandmother of one. She graduatedfrom Clayton High School and attended Central Normal College in Danville. She was the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy Walker. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Walker of CA. There will be a memorial service for friends and family at the Clayton Presbyterian Church at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008 with Rev. David McDonald officiating. Graveside services will follow at the Clayton Cemetery and a celebration of Sally's life at their home in Clayton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Clayton Presbyterian Church.
