Surviving are her parents, Douglas J. and Sherry Adams of Churubusco; a sister, Hannah M. at home; grandparents Robert and Peggy Wetzel and Lyle and Dorothy Adams, all of Churubusco, and Marjorie Wetzel of Columbia City; and great-grandparents Betty McCoy of Avilla and William and Mary Patton of Churubusco.
