Walter Hall was born 21 Dec 1872 in Live Oak, Suwannee County, FL. On 11 Oct 1899, he married Elizabeth Cain Lockhart with whom he had three sons, James Cain, Walter Lockhart and Kennard T. He began a career with the Railroad as a young man and was employed by St. Johns River Terminal in Jacksonville at the time of his death on 2 Mar 1919.
