Word has been received that Edna Doris Teets, 91, of Galion OH, formerly of South Bend, died early today in the Village Care Nursing Home, Galion. She formerly worked a clerk in the hosiery department at Robertson's Department Store.
Born June 9, 1893, in Toledo OH, she lived in South Bend for 45 years, moving to Galion in 1971. On January 16, 1920, as Edna Doris Henry, she married Otis Teets, who died February 1, 1969.
Services will be at 11am Friday in the Volk-Richardson Funeral Home, Galion, and burial will follow in Mansfield (OH) Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9pm Thursday in the funeral home. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
