Frank was a World War II veteran of the Normandy Invasion and the Battle of the Bulge. He practiced law in San Francisco and retired after twenty-five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Frank was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Law Society and the Modern Greek Studies Foundation at S.F. State University. He also had served on Annunciation Cathedral Parish Council.
Friends may call on Tuesday after 6:00 p.m. at The Annunciation Cathedral, 245 Valencia Street, San Francisco, where the Prayer Service (Trisagion) will be held at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Services on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Entombment: Greek Orthodox Memorial Park.
