Services for Teressa McElroy Biggers, 40, of Fruithurst were held April 14 at Camp Creek Baptist Church of Muscadine with the Revs. John Brown, David Ginn, and Jerry Hulsey officiating. Music was provided by Amy Williams, Evin Thompson and Neal Thompson.
Burial followed in the Camp Creek Church Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home of Tallapoosa in charge of the services.
Mrs. McElroy died April 12 at Tanner Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 4, 1960, in Haralson County, Ga., to Mary Louise Clay McElroy and late Vernon Edward McElroy. Mrs. Biggers was a nurse with the Southern Traditions Nursing Home of Buchanan, Ga., and a member of the Mt. Paran Baptist Church.
Suvivors include her husband, Clovis Biggers of Fruithurst; a son, Jonathan Michale Biggers of Fruithurst; a daughter, Ashleigh MaKayla Biggers of Fruithurst; two brothers, Steven E. McElroy and Ronald L. McElroy of Fruithurst; a sister, Brenda Faye Dingler of Fruithurst.
Pallbearers were Kevin Thompson, Kyle Williams, Ricky Johnson, Dale Brooks, Bruce Cash and Tony Cash.
