"Carole Brener, 65, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL passed away on January 11, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Brener was the adoring daughter of Mrs. Rena Natelson Slipacoff; beloved wife of Dr. George Brener for 42 years; loving mother of Michele (Jordan) Keusch, Jacqueline (James) Kirtley and Danielle (Casey) Massin; cherished grandmother of Ilana, Jonas and Sarah; dear sister of Gerald (Roberta) Natelson. Mrs. Brener was a graduate of Boston University in 1967, a life member of Hadassah, Brandeis Women's Organization and ORT, as well as the Castaways Sailing Club and the US Power Squadron. Carole devoted her time to her husband, children and grandchildren. she was actively involved in fundraising for the Gulliver Schools and South Miami Hospital. She was an avid sailor and enjoyed cruising in the Bahama and the Keys. She was known for her smile, laughter and huge heart. She will be missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the following organizations, Alpert Jewish Family & Childrens Services or Levine Jewish Residential & Family Services both located at P.O.
