LAKE ELIZA -- Alan L. Prosser, 77, RFD 1, Hebron, died unexpectedly as the result of a heart attack Sunday morning.
He was born at Belhaven, Ontario, Canada, and came to the United States in 1904. He moved to his home, two miles west of Lake Eliza, from Chicago 21 years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Selma; two daughters, Mrs. Ferne Nolan, Oak Park, and Mrs. Lois Floyd, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; one grandson, Alan Floyd; and one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Anderson of Pefferlau, Ontario.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Porter Township Baptist church, two miles west of Lake Eliza, with the Rev. M. E. Barkley officiating. Burial will be in Mosier cemetery.
Friends may call from this afternoon at the Pflughoeft Funeral home in Hobart until time of services on Wednesday.
