ROCKDALE — Services for Daily M. King, 82, of Rockdale are 10 a.m. Wednesday in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale with the Rev. Margaret Clemings officiating.
Mrs. King died Sunday at a Rockdale nursing home.
She was born in Jan. 25, 1928, to William Frederick and Mary Helmac Grohman in Rockdale. She married Howard Herman King on June 29, 1946, in George West. She was a homemaker, and had lived in Rockdale since 1954. She was preceded in death by her husband and by a daughter, Mary Jane King.
Survivors include a son, James H. King of Midland; a daughter, Susan Warren of Caldwell; three brothers Henry Grohman of California, Charlie Grohman of Winters and Paul Grohman of Abilene; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Memorials may made to VistaCare Hospice, 2626B S. 37th St. in Temple.
Visitation is 8:30–9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
