Miss Margaret E. Waddell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Waddell of 1266 West Wood street, died at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in a tuberculosis cottage at Jacksonville. She was fifty years old. Her death was caused by pulmonary tuberculosis. She had been an invalid for the last three years, and her condition had been serious since April 1. Miss Waddell formerly lived at
Jerseyville, coming with her parents to Decatur last August. Besides her parents she leaves two sisters and
three brothers. Miss Nelle Waddell, Miss Edith Waddell and W. L. Waddell, all of Decatur, S. A. Waddell of Los Angeles, Cal., and C. A. Waddell of St. Elmo. The body was brought to the Dawson & Wikoff undertaking establishment
and will remain there until time for the funeral, which will be held some time Thursday afternoon at the residence. The interment will be in Falrlawn cemetery.
