Newsted, Delma H. 84, of Zephyrhills, Fla., and formerly of Hart, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999, in Dade City, Fla. She was born March 28, 1915, in Walkerville, the daughter of Walter and Nettie (Murray) Feasel. She attended the Mears School. She married Lloyd Newsted Dec. 24, 1932 in Hart. He passed away July 31, 1995. The Newsteds owned and operated a fruit farm in Hart Township for many years. Survivors are her sons, Ron (Shirley) Newsted of Muskegon, and Bob Newsted of Kalamazoo and Zephyrhills; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray Feasel; sisters, Beulah Feasel Dodds, and Bonnie Feasel McQueen; and one grandson. Funeral service Saturday, Nov. 6, 2 p.m. at Cooper-Harris Funeral Home,Shelby with Rev. Earnest Cummings officiating. Visitation Friday, Nov. 5, 1-3 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Hart Cemetery. It is suggested that memorials may be given to Hospice of Pasco, Inc., 3539 Universal Plaza, New Port Richey, Fla. 34652 or a hospice of your choice.
