Mrs. Adams was born Nov. 10, 1962, in Harrisonburg, and was a daughter of Betty Lou Turner Jordan of Mount Jackson, and the late Houston M. Jordan Jr.
She graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Quickburg in 1981 and was a manager of three group homes in North Carolina for 17 years.
On July 7, 1990, she married Perry Adams, who survives.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by two stepdaughters, Crystal Capps and Carla Adams; and a sister, Tammy Olinger of Quicksburg.
The Rev. Ken DeWitt will conduct the funeral 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dellinger Funeral Home in Mount Jackson. Burial will follow at the Mount Jackson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-8 this evening at the funeral home.
