THIS MEMORIAL IS DEDICATED TO ANGELINE SERENE "ANGIE" (MCCOY) WESTBROOK.

Angie was the loving wife of Hubert Elvin Westbrook. She was born May 5, 1897 and grew up in Smith County, Texas. Angie tragically died of pulmonary tuberculosis outside the San Angelo city limits on February 8, 1926, leaving behind her husband and one son, Hubert, Jr. Their other son, Lovell, predeceased her in 1924 at the age of two.

Father and son moved to California to join the rest of the family who had already moved out there, but Hubert, Jr. tragically died at the age of 45 on the operating table in San Francisco during open heart surgery. Hubert, Sr. lived for many years after that, finally dying in California on May 7, 1978, age 80.
