She was the wife of the late Thomas Wesley Colvin, was a native of Yazoo City, Mississippi and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, June 7 in the chapel of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home with Rev. Dick Paige and Rev. Charles Upshaw officiating.
Burial will take place at the St. Rest Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's.
She is survived by two sons, Earl Colvin of Ruston and Herman Colvin of Rayville; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Dacus, Walcott, Arkansas; one sister, Mrs. Annie Rushing, Arcadia; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
