Rosary for Walter J. Lumbleau, 65, owner of the Real Estate School of California, who died Friday, will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow at Cunningham & O'Connor Mortuary. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Transfiguration, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Lumbleau, who founded his school 15 years ago, had been a real estate broker here for 40 years. He died at Methodist Hospital after a brief illness. Ha leaves his widow, Mrs. Grace M. Lambleau, of 4126 Edgehlll Drive; a daughter, Mrs. Edward C. Cummings, and two sons, Vincent E. and John J. Lumbleau. The latter will continue operation of the school.

Mr. Lumbleau, who died Friday, had resided at 4126 Edgehill Drive and leaves his widow Grace; a daughter, Mrs. Edward C. Cummings; and two sons, Vincent and John Lumbleau.
