Mrs. Inez Shelton Caldwell, 74, of Rocky Mount Community in Meriwether county, died Friday , April 2, 2010 at her home.

Mrs. Caldwell was born April 4, in LaGrange, daughter of the late William and Kitty Gross Shelton. She lived in Rocky Mount most of her life, was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church, and retired from Playtex in Newnan after more than 40 years of service. Mrs. Caldwell had a great love for all of her family and enjoyed caring and providing for them.

Survivors include her husband, Calde Caldwel of Rocky Mount; daughter, Wander Caswell and Don Hamm of Woodbury,; sons, Larry and Fonda Caldwell of Moreland, Terry and Mossie Caldwell of LaGrange, Ricky and Annette Caldwell and Jody Caldwell, all of Rocky Mount; a sister, Alma King of Huguley, Al.; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m, Tuesday, April 6, at Bethel Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. The Rev. Wayne Settle and the Rev. Donnie Shelton will officiate, with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 Monday at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville.
