Mabel Bishop Fowler Allen was born in Utica, IN on February 12, 1920 to William George and Alva Nettie (McCormick) Reuter. She went to be with her Lord on December 30, 2010 after having a stroke and heart attack on December 22nd. Mabel had four children: Carollyn Kellar, Judy (Jim) Perry, Fred (Brenda) Bishop, Jr. and Rose (Mike) Savini. She was also blessed with 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was also very fond of her many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mabel had been a resident of Crestwood Village West Senior Living for over 4 years and was very active there, also she was a member of the Crestwood Village Church Choir.
