BEEKER, Raymond Edward, Kochville Township.
Passed away at Hoyt Nursing Home Tuesday evening, Feb. 24, 1981. Age 88 years. He was born Feb. 28, 1892 in Kochville and has lived there all of his life. He was engaged in farming for many years. He married Blanche Belle Pratt Oct. 29 1914. She survives him. He also leaves one son, Ralph Beeker, Dallas, Texas; also one grandson and one granduaghter - - - Beeker, Jr. of Dallas; Mrs. - - - Suitor, Carrollton, Texas; 3 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Esther Wahl, Saginaw. He was a lifelong member of the Kochville United Methodist Church and has served in many capacities in the Church. He also was a lifetime member of the Pioneer Farm Bureau and a member of several Senior Citizens Groups.
Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Kochville United Methodist Church from 12:00 noon Friday until time of service. Those who do desire may make memorials to the Kochville United Methodist Church.

Miss Blanche Pratt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Pratt, and Ray Beeker of Kochville township, were united in marriage at 7 o'clock Thursday evening at the manse of the Grace Presbyterian church by Rev. Stark V. Reagan. They were attended by Miss Gene Pratt, sister of the bride, and Henry Bueker. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, 303 Wayne street, for about 30 immediate relatives and friends. The bride has taught in the Pottsville school, Kochville, for the past four terms. Mr. and Mrs. Beeker will make their home in Kochville."
