ABBEY, Francis M. "Fran" (Age 82) - of Billings, MT, passed away peacefully at home on March 9, 2003 after battling Alzheimer's. Fran was born January 12, 1921 in Hamilton, MT. He married the love of his life, June Hansen on April 11, 1942, in Seattle, and together they nurtured six sons, 20 grandchildern and seven Great-grandchildren. Fran was a WWII veteran and retired from Burlington Northern Railroad after 39 years of service in Seattle, Spokane, and Billings. Services will be held near Spokane WA at 2:00 PM on Tuseday, March 18th at the United Methodist Church, 217 S. First St., Rockford, WA.
