PEGGY D. FARLEY of Southaven, died Monday, December 27, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cooper and Johnnie Jones of Jones Mill, TN and her husband, Herbert W. Farley of 46 years. She attended Draughons Business College in Nashville where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Beta Sigma Phi. She retired after 23 years from Memphis Serum Company and was a member of First Baptist Church in Southaven. The visitation will be at Twin Oaks Funeral Home Tuesday, December 28, from 5-8 p.m. The service will be Wednesday, December 29, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. She leaves a daughter, Beth K. Smith and her husband, Kenny of Olive Branch, MS; a son, Mark S. Farley and his wife, Annette of Jamison, PA; a sister, Sue Weaver of Akron, OH; and six grandchildren, Jason Hull, Stacy Hull, Steven Farley, Allison Farley, Paul Smith, and Kacie White. The family requests that memorials be sent to First Baptist Church Building Fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
