Ann C. Carmack (12/24/1923 - 12/22/2010) Entered into rest on December 22, 2010. A lifetime resident of Spokane, Ann was born in Spokane on December 24, 1923 to parents John and Clara Toskey. She graduated from John Rodgers High School in 1942. Ann met her loving husband Walter B. Carmack while dancing at the USO during WWII, and in April of 1946 they were married. Together they raised their two children, John and Kathy. Ann was a homemaker who loved providing and taking care of her family. She liked to do crossword puzzles, going to lunch with her childhood girlfriends, and going to casinos. Ann is survived by her husband of 64 years, Walter; son, John Carmack; daughter, Kathy (Tom) Landwehr; granddaughters, Michele Carmack and Cristi Landwehr; numerous nieces,nephews and friends. Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 5:00PM on Monday and Tuesday December 27 and 28th at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME 4305 N. Division Spokane, WA . Graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at the Orchard Prairie (Union) Cemetery beginning at 2:00PM.
