ALVARADO - Carl Gene Laramore of Alvarado, a dairyman, died Wednesday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 61.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Alvarado Church of Christ, where he was a member. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Alvarado.
Clayton Kay Funeral Home in Alvarado is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Laramore was born in Alvarado, where he lived most of his life and owned a dairy.
Mr. Laramore was a combat veteran and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9299.
Survivors: Wife, Virginia Laramore of Alvarado; two daughters, Tracy Ratliff of Uvalde and Charlotte Spencer of Nacogdoches; sister, Sarah Pollard of Alvarado; brother, Edwin Laramore of Hurst; and four grandchildren.
