Walter is the son of James Franklin Crago and America Jane Stevens. For many years I believed that Walter's middle name was Bruster. After finding his marriage license listed it as Bruston, I contacted Walter's son, Harold Ray Craigo. Harold confirmed Bruston is correct, and is pronounced Bruceton.

Walter B. Crago, 81, of 407 18th Street, Dunbar, died yesterday at his home. He was formerly employed as a foreman at Fletcher Enamel Co. and attended the Dunbar Church of the Nazarene.

A native of Putnam County, he had been a Dunbar resident for 48 years. The funeral will be tomorrow at 3 p .m. in Keller Funeral Home at Dunbar by the Rev. John Hancock. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park.

Surviving: sons, Eugene, Shelley and Harold of Dunbar; daughter, Mrs. Clara McLaughlin of Dunbar; brother, William of Wildwood, Fla.; half-brothers, Harry Brugh of Ridge Manor, Fla., Houston Brugh of Jacksonville, Fla., Mark Crago of Hugheston and Earl Crago of Cedar Grove; half-sister, Mrs. Stella Whitlost of Riverside; eight grand-children and 10 great-grandchildren.
